How it starts.

We look at what you have now. Find weak spots: outdated packages, missing backups, open ports. We prepare a work plan. You know what will be done — before we change anything.

02 Setup.

We deploy monitoring, configure automated backups, tune the stack. All on a live server — no downtime. In the morning you get: "Done. Your server is under supervision."

03 Day to day.

Monitoring runs 24/7. Something goes out of range — alert. After alert — response. After response — resolution. You are not involved until you want to be. Server status — in the dashboard.

04 Transparency.

Monthly report: what we did, what we found, what we recommend. Which updates were applied. Your server — not a black box.

Managed for a server from another provider?

No. VPS via AIST Cloud only. We are responsible for the outcome — and you can only be responsible when you control the full stack. If we do not have provider-level access — we cannot guarantee response time.

Do I keep root access?

Yes. The server is yours. The only thing we ask: notify us before major config changes so monitoring and backups keep working correctly after your changes.

Response time?

Basic — within 4 hours. Standard — within 1 hour. Premium — within 15 minutes. Server down — priority regardless of tier. These are contractual commitments with legal force.

Changing tier?

Upgrade — anytime, with one request. No loss of setup, no break in monitoring. Downgrade — from the next billing period.

What if I need something not in the tier?
