Terms of Service
1. General provisions
This agreement governs the terms of provision of AIST Cloud cloud infrastructure services (the "Services") by KS AIST LLC (the "Provider") to individuals and legal entities (the "Client").
2. Subject of the agreement
The Provider provides the Client with services for the rental of virtual servers, data storage, domain names and other cloud infrastructure services.
3. Rights and obligations
The Client undertakes to pay for the Services in a timely manner in accordance with the selected tariff plan. The Provider undertakes to ensure service availability of at least 99.9% of the time.
4. Payment
Payment for the Services is made in advance by topping up the balance in the personal account. Funds are debited daily in proportion to the monthly cost of the service.
5. Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for loss of the Client's data if it occurred due to the actions of the Client or third parties.
6. Amendments
The Provider has the right to change the terms of the agreement and tariffs. The Client shall be notified in advance of material changes through the personal account or by email. Continued use of the Services after the amendments take effect constitutes the Client's acceptance of the new terms.
This agreement enters into force upon registration of the Client and acceptance of the offer terms. Last updated: 2026.
